To pay for contracts for training in educational organizations operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan with a minimum period of study of one year or more (state, non-state higher, secondary special and professional educational organizations, foreign higher, secondary specialized and professional educational organizations on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their branches) for full-time, part-time and evening forms of education.
